That spark led us into the world of outsourcing, where we didn't just write code, we studied how the industry works. We realized that solving these systemic issues required more than just another service agency; it required scalable products. Lucernus evolved from a dev team into a product studio focused on building tools that make software collaboration predictable and transparent.
